As one of the most significant events in the tactical gear industry, it was an excellent experience for us to showcase our latest products, connect with peers, and hear directly from customers and industry professionals. Many of our competitors, including other tactical vest manufacturers, have been able to bring products to market faster and respond to customer demand more quickly. This realization was a bit of a wake-up call.
Through conversations with some of our industry peers, we learned how they streamline their processes and speed up product prototyping. The industry is moving quickly, and we need to match that pace. We’ve always prided ourselves on quality, but we also recognize that speed matters today, especially for tactical vest manufacturers aiming to meet rapidly changing demands.
So, we’re already working on ways to reduce lead times and accelerate product development. We’re investing in new technologies and improving collaboration with suppliers to adapt to market needs quickly. This is not just about speeding up production; it’s about creating better products faster and more efficiently.
